What are you doing manually today
Before you ship goods on invoice, you should know whether the company exists, whether it is a reliable VAT payer (otherwise you are liable for its tax), and whether it is in insolvency. Today this means opening ARES, the VAT payer register and the insolvency register, typing the IČO three times and noting the result somewhere. Most people don't bother and only find out when the invoice goes unpaid.
What the extension can do
- Highlight an IČO, VAT ID or company name on any page — in an email, in invoicing software, in an e-shop admin, on Sreality — and a company card appears.
- The card shows: name and registered office, date of incorporation, directors and shareholders, VAT payer yes/no, unreliable payer, insolvency and its status, latest annual accounts in the public records collection.
- State contracts from the public contracts register, if the company has any — you see who and for how much it trades.
- Colour-coded traffic light: green (no issues), yellow (young company, missing accounts), red (unreliable VAT payer or insolvency).
- Monitoring: companies you add are checked daily. If any drops into insolvency or among unreliable VAT payers, you get an email the same day.
- Bulk check: upload a spreadsheet with IČOs and get it back with the status of each company.
- Slovak companies from the Slovak business register, same way.
- Check history for accountants: when you verified whom, as evidence of due diligence.

Privacy and security
We work only with the state's public registers (ARES, VAT payer register, insolvency register, contracts register, collection of deeds). The extension does not read the content of your pages; it reacts only to text you select yourself. Monitoring and history stay in your Chrome; nothing reaches us.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work in Pohoda or Money, which are not on the web?
No, the extension runs in the Chrome browser. It works in web apps (Fakturoid, iDoklad, Shoptet, Gmail, Seznam) and on any page. For desktop programs, the bulk check from a spreadsheet helps.
Is the data current?
ARES and insolvency are queried at the moment of check. The VAT payer register updates daily, as does monitoring.
How many companies can I monitor?
500 in the Pro version. For accounting firms with more clients, we offer a higher limit.
When will it launch and what if the date changes?
We're planning October 2026. We build in order of interest, so the launch date can shift by a month either way. Those who leave their email get a message on launch day.
