This is what an extension card looks like above the page you're working on. A demo, not real data.
What are you doing manually today
Public tenders are public, but scattered across dozens of portals (NEN, Tender aréna, E-ZAK, buyer profiles). Tools that collect them cost over 4,00CZK 0 a month, which doesn't pay off for a company with three bids a year. And nobody tells you on the tender page what's usual for this buyer.
What the extension can do
- On a tender page on NEN, Tender aréna or E-ZAK: the contracting authority, the bid deadline (and how many days are left), the estimated value, CPV, the place of performance.
- Document analysis: the extension downloads the PDFs and Word files from the portal (the tender documents are more often in Word) and pulls out the estimated and the maximum price, the award criterion, everything that counts towards the bid price, the required references, the team, the bid bond and the deadlines. For every figure it shows the sentence it came from — it invents nothing, and what it does not find, it does not report.
- “My company”: enter your references and your team once, and every analysis then shows what you meet and what you are missing in order to bid — how many of your references qualify, which roles are missing from the team, whether you have enough experience, what the price cap and the bid bond are.
- Authority history from the contracts register: the last 30 contracts, the usual value, the most frequent suppliers and links to the individual contracts — so you know who you are bidding against and what a winning price looks like.
- New tenders from the Public Procurement Bulletin (the ministry's official API) right in the extension, filtered by your own words.
- Authority profiles (Pro): add the address of the profile of a region, town, hospital or school (E-ZAK, Vhodné uveřejnění, NEN) and the extension goes through it every morning. That is where the small contracts hang that never appear in the Bulletin at all.
- Watcher (Pro): keywords and region; every morning the extension goes through the new tenders and alerts you in Chrome, each one only once.
- Everything runs in your browser: the Bulletin, the contracts register, ARES and the profiles are read by the extension directly, with no server of ours in between.

Privacy and security
All data is public by law: NEN, the contracts register and ARES. We do not log into your accounts on the portals. The watcher only remembers your keywords, region and the numbers of tenders already sent.
Frequently asked questions
How reliable is the document analysis?
It runs on rules, not on guesswork: figures are found by the wordings authorities actually use, and for each one you see the sentence it came from. When it does not recognise a wording, it simply shows nothing — it never fills the gap in. Tested on real documents from three different authorities.
Why a quarter of the competition price?
We have no salespeople or offices. The extension sells itself and the data is public, so the price covers the work, not the overheads.
Does the watcher cover all tenders?
The Public Procurement Bulletin covers above-threshold tenders from every portal. Small contracts often hang only on the authority's profile — add the profile and the extension watches it too.
When can I start using it?
The extension is finished and tested. It is waiting to be published in the Chrome Web Store; leave your e-mail and you get the link on release day and the first month of Pro free.
