What are you doing manually today
Delivering to another EU country without VAT depends on the buyer’s valid VAT number. If the number is invalid and you don’t detect it, you’ll have to pay the VAT yourself. VIES verifies it but doesn’t store anything, so during an audit, you must prove you checked it on the invoice date.

Privacy and security

How is it different from free VIES?
VIES verifies but doesn’t store anything, lacks bulk checks or monitoring. We add memory, monitoring, and speed—you can verify without leaving the invoice.
Does the tax office accept your proof?
We store the official verification ID (consultation number) issued by the European Commission—that’s exactly what authorities require.
When will it launch and what if the date changes?
